Provide Human Resource Business Partners role by working closely with GSC leaders in developing an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the business.
Act as a consulting partner and able to build long-term, trusting relationships with stakeholders including business leaders, Tower and Function Leads, external parties (Talent Corp, MDEC, University officials etc), HR COE partners and employees.
Ensure placement of right people in key roles at the right time through progressive identification and implementation of career management, development and succession programs for all levels of employees towards achieving the Company’s objective.
Ensure optimization of Manpower Cost whilst meeting the Service Level Agreement in the services provided to its customers.
Ensure the benchmarking, development and implementation of comprehensive and competitive compensation and incentive programs for all level of staff. This includes the implementation of Job Grading, Terms of Employment and Salary structures that match the Shared Services industry.
Ensure effective systems for the recruitment of all levels of employees, organizational development initiatives, career development (including recruitment of interns and graduate trainees), culture and change management, team building, continuous training and development activities for all staff within the Company.
Ensure effective employee and industrial relations practices that meets the requirement of related employment legislation in countries that the Company operates.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
Preferably with minimum of 8 years and above working experience in Human Resource.
At least 1 year exposure in the Global Business Services industry
Exposure in Rewards Management and Industrial relations are an added advantage
