Job Responsibilities
- Strategics, develop, plan and execute marketing strategies including sales and enrollment campaigns, monthly promotions, new product launches, product relaunch, etc. to achieve brand objectives & sales target
- Monitoring and reviewing of brand plans and ensure measurement of success are on track
- Effective management of budget to ensure the company obtains the best value from marketing spending and to ensure brand promotions and projects are within budget
- Ensure enforcement of brand standards in all aspects of brand communication and packaging to maintain consistency
- Responsible for strategizing, developing and Executing brand/product communication plans to achieve intended message to all distributors and targeted audience through various communication channels including Newsletter, Digital & Social Media platform, prints, telephone/zoom calls, Watsapp, etc.
- Develop Business Support Materials (BSM) and retailing tools to support distributors in retailing
- Ensure visual merchandising is in place for new product launch/campaign/program
- Ensure brand activities adhere to internal and external legal obligations and social responsibilities
- To coordinate with Operations team to ensure stocks level is healthy and is available for order
- To monitor all member's rank up & recognition events together with Training & Communication team to ensure leaders are being recognized accordingly
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Good presentation skills
- Good command of English
- Able to multitask & good in project mangement
- Good time management and able to prioritize work accordingly and indeoendently
- Microsoft Office literate - Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Intermediate/ Advanced level preferred)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, business or marketing related
- Min 3 years in Sales/Marketing related field
- Prior experience in handling beauty/health/wellness products, and have worked in direct selling/MLM company is an added advantage
Any other Attributes
- Professional course certified in Aromatheraphy, health & nutrition related subjects would be an an added advantage
- Strong interest in essential oils products
- Able to write in Chinese and able to speak in Mandarin and Chinese dialects is an added advantage
- Good command of Malay
- Outgoing personality with passion to teach & share
- Good presentation skills and able to conduct presentation to a crowd
