IT Support Engineer
Location:Bangsar, Wisma UOA
Salary: TBA

Job Responsibility:
- Next level escalation for L1 issues
- Handle desktop and onsite issues
- Handle server administrative issues
- Liaison with manufacturer and vendor (eg. Microsoft, Dell, HP for warranty) when necessary
- Handle scheduled jobs
- To update L3 Engineer on changes to system and security settings
- To check L1 Engineer completed jobs
- Handle all email and system maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Support internal and external client
- Pref-able with someone who is independent and willing to explore more to learn and self improvement
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in IT or relevant fields. Professional certificate with related work experience will be considered
- Possess wide knowledge in IT and min 1 experience in IT related files
- Good communication skills. Fluency in English is essential
- Basic knowledge of Server operations and installations
- Goof to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office packages: Intermediate skills in configuration, troubleshooting and complete knowledge in MS Office products
- Must possess personal transport
- Relevant work experience has added advantage
