Job Responsibilities
- Business building - Guide business builders within the region to excel and grow their business organization through call coaching and monitoring as well as applying the Critical Business Building Steps
- Identify area of opportunities in a business builder's organization and recommends remedies to improve the business
- Develops internal and external training modules to suit the training needs. Training will include business building, business growth and YL culture
- Responsible for Goal Setting with the Leaders. Will be the key player to support and work with Leaders to support their growth through support calls (outbound) or training
Qualifications
- Attentive to details
- Organized ,able to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure independently
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skill
Education and Experience
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably Executives specializing in Sales Administrative Support or equivalent
Any other Attributes
- Excellent time management & organization
- Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues
- Good Microsoft office skills, with preference for MS Excel intermediate level (e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup)
