Contract / Part Time Hiring
Overview
Contract and temp services are provided for a contract period of usually over 1 to 12 months and can be renewed based on your needs. Part timers can be provided on number of days/weeks. We will handle the recruitment process and upon hiring, assume the role of the employer and administer the whole compensation & benefits as well as maintain the personnel details of these contractors.
Fees
The monthly recruitment fee is chargeable upon successful hiring of candidates, this service fee is based on the candidate’s total monthly salary, plus prevailing tax
All charges are inclusive of the candidates's wages, statutory contributions, HR FIRST's service fee for payroll and administrative services.
Salary is based on client’s budget.

Terms and Conditions
- Should employment be offered to any one of our applicants who were initially rejected or not short-listed by the Client within the 12 months period, the normal service fee will be charged.
- Minimum working hour is 8 hours.
- Additional charge will be impose for overtime (OT) working as per Employment Act 1955.
- Invoice would be sent on the commencement day of employment and the client will be required to settle it within 30 days after receipt of Invoice.
- Payment shall be made by cheque, bank transfer or in cash.
