Job Description:
  • Analyze inventory movement and update forecasts
  • Proactively work to keep our distribution facilities within optimal inventory levels
  • Inventory Management at the retails store (Will Call) and at 3PL
  • Work with customers, Sales & Marketing team and Supply Chain management to improve forecast accuracy
  • Update customers and Sales & Marketing team about product availabilities
  • Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans
  • Undertake other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the jobholder that are appropriate to the grade of the job

Qualifications
  • Hands-on inventory analyst and/or demand planner management
  • Demonstrated understanding in all facets of Operation function including management of warehouse
  • Inventory accounting and control
  • Excellent reconciliation and basic accounting skills essential
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English and Malay
  • Advance Level in Microsoft Office Literate _ Work, Excel, Macros Programming, Powerpoint
  • Freight forwarding and supply chain knowledge is cruciral
  • Knowledge on JD Edwards and Roadmap is an added advantage
  • Analytical mindset
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, forward thinker and planner
  • Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts
  • Ability to work independently

Education and Experience
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or appropriate certification
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in varied Business/ Corporate Environments, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Data Analytics

Any other Attributes
  • Good follow through. Work closely with forwarders and clearance agents to ensure timely deliveries for replenishment
  • Detailed and Organised. Ensure inventory movement is done based on Lot/batches in FIFO & FEFO me
  • Performance Driven. Understand, create and maintain relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter

  • Request, track and collect case evaluations and feedback forms on a weekly basis
  • Update CD system in a timely manner
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis for pre- and post-CDC reporting as well as ad-hoc requests

Job Requirements:
  • University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with in depth understanding of vibration analysis.
  • Possess Vibration analyst ISO CAT 2 certification.
  • Condition monitoring experience and application is a must with programming experience considered as a plus.
  • Solid technical and business development knowledge.
  • Electronic system, architecture, automation systems and working principle will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent self-discipline, proactive, initiative and self-management skills.
